Xavier Castillo studied broderie d’art and most recently  “Haute Couture Techniques” at the Paris American Academy, the Summer of 2006. With 22 years of experience Xavier’s background in fashion design and “haute couture”, beadwork and embroidery has lead to the prestigious honor of creating duchesses’ gowns for “The Order of The Alamo” Coronation in San Antonio, TX Including such items as headpieces, crowns and custom jewelry, Xavier’s attention to detail and constant goal of superior quality make his work exceptional among others. Xavier’s expertise has been personally requested to design highly unique and special event evening gowns for private clientele.

His passion for the fine art, unlike everyday “art and crafts” has lead him to teaching his professional beadwork and embroidery. Xavier currently holds private and public classes at his studio instilling the precise art of beadwork, embroidery, feather work, fashion design, custom accessories, headpieces, crowns and professional beading and embroidery.
